We also have the LRS Gift card available and the prize amount is higher for using a current stamp carried in the store.
Today I decided to use one of my Magnolia stamps,
I decided to do some paper piecing for the outfit and the balloons. I fussy cut her out and then added her to the card. This paper is from the MME paper set and I used my Copics to color the image.
Copic Recipe:
Hair: E44,43,42,40
Skin: E53,51,50
Shoes: E44,43
