Conie Fong Birthday Card

Today I am showcasing one of the Birthday theme card I made over for the Passionate Paper Creations Group with one of our sponsors, Conie Fong. I used a stamp from Rubbernecker Stamps as a border for this image and then colored the image with my Copics.
