Butterflies

It is sad to see some companies go.  I have always adored the images from Crafts&Me but they did recently decide to close their doors. I snatched up a number of stamps before they did and today I am showcasing one by the artist Hannah Lynn.

As usual, I used

Today, I will showcasing one of the images from Some Odd Girl that I used and put on one of my notebooks.  I am the kind that has millions of little notepads around to write stuff down so thought I would decorate one up.

Kraftin Kimmie Blues

I am so sorry everyone. Yes, I have neglected you but hit a bit of a rut but I am back on the crafty bandwagon.

Today I am sharing a new card from a Kraftin Kimmie stamp set that I got. The weekly challenge was to use blue so here it is my creation.  As usual, I colored with my Copics and added some stickles to one of my wood embellishments I got.

SOG Spring

It is finally starting to feel like Spring around these parts and I decided to create a Spring theme scene. For this project, I merged two images called  Shy Mae and Summer Kaylee.

I decided to use some of the techniques I learned in the Kit & Clowder class (the field/sidewalk and sky).  As usual, I colored with my Copic Markers.

March's Hoppin Recap for Some Odd Girl

Today I am showcasing a card I created with some of Some Odd Girl Stamps.  I forgot where I saw this layout but I thought it was so cool so I wanted to try it too.  I used my Circle die and cut a big circle out of the middle and then inserted a different patterned paper in that center.

Some Odd Girl

Today I wanted to showcase another one of my favorite images called Girlfriends Kaylee & Mae. This reminds me so much of all the great fun I have with my best friend, who I have to admit I miss a lot lately due to our distance. As usual, I colored the image with my Copics.  I used some lovely Graphic 45 paper I had in my stash and some misc punches and stamps.  My goal was to match the paper with this one. 

Now I just need to get it read to send off to my friend to let her know I am thinking of her.

Winter Blues

Today I am showcasing another Greeting Farm card I made. This time I decided to color up a card. The weather had been so wacky by me and in the beginning of the week we had frost on our windows and today it was 65.  As I think winter is coming to and end, I decided it was time for me to showcase this cutie.

Forever Young

With this card I decided to have some fun doing some paper piecing and using two different stamps on one card.  I recently acquired a bunch of the retiring stamps from Some Odd Girl and wanted to showcase some of them.

Sometimes I set personal goals for myself to feel that I am controlling the stash versus the stash controlling me.  I decided to color up one of the stamps I had in my collection and work to finish off a paper pad. You will probably see more cards soon with this pad.

Make It Crafty Card

Hello Everyone,

I have been trying my hardest this year to get some of those images and stamps inked up and my Card Stash to be restocked. So far so good on that goal. Today I am using one of the digital images I purchased from Make It Crafty for a Birthday card.

I keep it pretty simple as usual and colored the image up with my Copics. I was working with a bit of a different skin regime then usual, E13, 11, E21 and I really like it.
