New Images from Some Odd girl

Have you checked out some of the newest images over at Some Odd Girl. I managed to get some time to create some cards with the newest images.

The first one is Brr Tia.  I am feeling that right now as the high has only been in the teens today where I live. Though I don't mind snow, this cold is just creeping into my bones. I colored this one with my Copics.

The second one is Pressie Tia.  This one is great for either the holidays or for birthdays. Love the versatility of  this image for those occasions.

Christmas Continues

What a whirlwind it has been lately. Though Christmas just came to a close, today I wanted to showcase two cards I made with Some Odd Girls images that I had to wait to after the holiday to show (did not want any spoilers).

The first one is Christmas Tree Mae.  As usual, I colored the image with my Copics and just a bunch of scraps I had in my stash that were holiday themed.

The next is from a Retired Stamp that I sure we will find in the shop in the digital section sooner than later.  The character is Kaylee and I will always adore this one.

Here is to hoping that for all of you that celebrate, you had a great Holiday and Happy New Years to all.

I have always been a huge Annie Rodrigue Fan and wanted to get some time to color up some of the Holiday stamp ones I have in my collection.

I could not resist this cutie when it came out so I snagged it up and bought it. It is called Swiss Pixie Gingerbread Lucy. I keep it in the classic holiday colors and colored up the image with my Copics.

Hello Everyone. It is Olivia here to showcase one of my favorite stamps available at Some Odd Girl. I am all for a party and just love the versatility of this image.  The image is called Party Girl Gwen. It is a retired stamp but am hoping to see it soon entered into the digi stamps for all to enjoy.  My goal with this card was to keep it more soft in colors. Copics Used:

Hello everyone.  All my family is resting away from our lovely Thanksgiving Feast. Happy Thanksgiving to all of those celebrating in the USA.  I am starting to prep my coffee for my Black Friday shopping that I do from behind my keyboard lol.

Before she closed her online shop. She still has an etsy shop so grab some from there before she closes that at the end of the year.

I used a slightly different skin color set then I usually use (E55,53,51,50, R30) but I did like how it came out.

Welcome to our annual Trick or Treat with the Odd Girls!

Our hop is full of spooktacular Halloween Tricks and Treats. Don’t worry, our tricks won’t be too scary! AND, just like trick or treating for candy, you don’t want to skip any houses…or blogs in this case! Every stop along the way will have (crafty) goodies for you but you won’t get the treats you must be a good trick or treater and stop at every house and leave your comment. Today I decided to showcase this lovely Witch image and then use some of my Distress Pads to create the background. I colored the image with my Copics and added the look of stars with my Gel Pen.

Halloween Tag

So we have a tradition here of "Booing" each other and leaving a little something for a friend near Halloween time.  So I decided to use a stamp I had from a retired collection in order to make a tag to put on my bag.  How I miss these stamps image and was so happy to see this artist start back up with CC Designs since I just love this artist style. 

Anyway, I colored the image with my Copics as usual. The paper is from my stash and I got some clearance stickers at AC Moore that I added.

Since I had this one colored up, figured it would work great for the Sketch based challenge this month over at Greeting Farms.  I colored it with my Copics and cracked into my millions of embroidery thread I have from my collection.

Some ODD Girl Card

I decided to color up some digis I had from Some Odd Girl and create this card for my stash.  I really adore this image and thought it would be a great one to have for those card to let your family know you care. Someone asked me the other day if I actually give my cards away and I often do to friends and family.  I try to keep a ready supply of mostly birthday theme ones so that I can easily send them out.

As usual I colored with the my copics. Yes the pants are done with Copics too.

I was excited to be asked to be a guest designer for Outlawz challenge this week on the Twisted Thursday theme-Anything Goes with option of feather or fins. I opted to go with Fins! I colored up this new stamp I got from Whimsy Stamps!. Isn't she adorable.

I colored it with my Copics and pair it with some papers in my stash. I used my Lawn Fawn dies and stamp pads for the sponged background.

This is what happens when I go through my stamp boxes. I try to declutter every 3 months but sometimes it just results in me getting distracted and excited to find the old stamps I forgot I had lol. I stamped up a bunch of Greeting Farm stamps. 

I colored this one up with my Copics. I often get asked do I pick paper first or color and 90% of the time I color first and then find paper to match which is what I did this time.

I even took out my embossing folders and my Spellbinders dies for the scallop circle behind her.

Stamping Bella Card
